The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division assisted Southern Global Safety Services with their new lease on South Major Drive. Southern Global Safety Services is a privately held professional firm specializing in occupational safety and health services and environmental consulting and project management. The company was formed in 2001 and this is their first location in Beaumont Texas. The new office will be opening soon at 1520 South Major Drive. Ryan Harrington represented the Tenant in this transaction and help them to navigate the market and ultimately sign a lease with Phelan Investments.
