Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed a second transactions for Beaumont Independent School District. The District owns several properties in and around Beaumont that are of no use to them, but they have been maintaining for years. The second property just closed on 2580 South Street. This is a vacant lot next to Paul A. Brown Learning Center. Ryan Harrington represented the School District and the buyer was not represented.
The Beaumont Independent School District was established in 1983 through the merger of the former Beaumont School District (founded in 1883) with South Park Public Schools (founded in 1891). The citywide district encompasses 153.34 square miles in Jefferson County in Southeast Texas.
