The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed a 1 year lease with the South East Texas Food Bank. The South East Texas Food Bank was in need of additional space as a result of Hurricane Harvey. The executed lease allows South East Texas Food Bank two extensions if needed. Hopefully, one year will be all that is needed to get Southeast Texas completely back on track.
