The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just represented the buyers for a property at 4003 Lincoln Avenue in Groves. The buyers recently formed their new entity Royal Queen Nails & Spa and will be opening their shop in the near future. This was the first time for the buyers to purchase commercial property and Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division was happy to help them navigate the process. The property was also listed by Ty French with RE/MAX ONE as well, she represented the seller in the transaction. Overall the deal was smooth, but closing was delayed to allow time for the seller to return to the country. The Seller left for a planned vacation right after the contract was signed.
