Ryan Harrington with me RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just closed on 103 South 11th Street in Beaumont. The 3,900 SF office/warehouse has been occupied for many years by Jan's Antiques. When it came time for be owners of the building to sell the property Jan said it would take a few months to close up her store. The Buyer and Seller agreed that Jan would have 6 months after the sale to close down her store. Ryan Harrington represented the Seller in this transaction and the property sold for the full asking price. The Buyer was represented by Tammiey Linscomb with Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates.
