Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed the sale of two metal buildings on College Street. They are located at 4990 College and 4950 College Street. Most people will recognize these buildings by their previous occupants ABC Machine Works and Ted's Upholstery. ABCO Roofing & Siding is the new owner. They are looking forward to opening their doors on heavily traveledCollege Street very soon once some renovations have been completed. Ryan Harrington represented the owner in this transaction.
