Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed another transactions for Beaumont Independent School District.The District owns several properties in and around Beaumont that are of no use to them, but they have been maintaining for years. The latest sale was the former Pathways Learning facility at 1900 Tulane. The Buyer for this property actually bought two properties from BISD and closed them simultaneously. Ryan Harrington represented the School District and the buyer was represented by Deborah Johansson with Coldwell Banker.
The Pathways Learning center is now located at 2300 Victoria Street in Beaumont. The Mission of Pathwaysis to provide quality instruction in a positive restrictive, well-structured environment. The school hopes to distinguish the difference between the strict atmosphere of Pathways and the relative freedoms and opportunities on the main campus. We want students who have been unsuccessful in a regular educational setting to achieve academically, to learn behavioral and interpersonal skills and to develop the self-esteem necessary for them to function more effectively both as students and as members of our schools and community.
