The new owner is a local investor who owns several properties in the area. The seller was represented by Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial division and the buyer was represented by Faiza Anwar with RE/MAX ONE as well. The new buyer has already found a tenant for the space who is currently in the process of moving in. The new tenant is Tucker Insurance with TWFG.
