The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just leased a space in the brand new Port Neches Plaza Shopping Center to Quality Shoe Repair. This newly built strip center also has four other spaces still available including Suite A which could be outfitted with a drive through window. The center sits at the corner of Nall Street and Doornbos Street. The Landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE. Construction is beginning now on the space, but look for the new Tenant to open their doors sometime this December - January.
