The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed a one year lease with Powerline Services, Inc. at 175 Highway 105 in Sour Lake. Powerline Services are an electrical contractor for Entergy who will be in the area for the next year completing work. The leases property includes just over 14,000 square foot of improvements and is positioned on 2.7 acres. The property was formerly used as a car dealership and sits at the main intersection in Sour Lake. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the landlord in the lease and the Tenant was represented by Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold & Associates.
