The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just worked a two-year deal with Texas glass and solar control in an office warehouse complex along Cardinal Drive. The suite rented by Texas class was an excellent fit for this growing company. The new tenant will be taking possession of the space beginning of July 2021. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the landlord in this transaction.
