The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a 5 year lease with Applied Industrial Technologies at 3880 Washington Boulevard in Beaumont Texas. The Landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE and the Tenant was represented by their national broker Brian Mulvaney with Voit Real Estate Services out of La Jolla California. The deal took some time to negotiate due to both Landlord and Tenant needing specific language in the lease and neither side wanting to bend. In the end agreeable terms were reached and AIT will be moving in the beginning of 2023.
