The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a lease with Ortiz Menswear & Bridal at 1140 Boston Avenue. This space was not on the market long before this formal wear rental company signed the new lease. The Ortiz brothers previously had a shop on Boston Avenue previously and have been trying to come back for some time. They are excited about opening this second location beginning of 2025!. The Landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division.
