The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a 1-year lease with Trophy Trucking for an office building at 1142 Boston Avenue in Nederland Texas. The Tenant already had an office in the area, but they were having issues with their Landlord and maintenance items. The new location off of Boston Avenue was recently built out and in like new condition. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the landlord in this lease.
