This month the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division and HELM Corporate Real Estate Strategy worked together to sign a long term lease for Clinical Pathology Laboratories. The new location will be opening soon at the Canyon Square Shopping Center on Central Mall Drive near Hwy 365. Other Tenants include Stewart Title, Nails Spa & Beyond, Hamilton's Restaurant & Bar, Republic State Mortgage, and H&P Engineering & Builder. The Landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX and the Tenant was repped by Russell Davis of HELM.
