Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division completed the sale of a lot on Romeda recently. He represented the seller in this transaction. The buyer Brizo Construction, LLC was represented by Stephanie Davidson with EXP Realty. This was a pretty run-of-the-mill sale with the exception Covid-19. The uncertainty caused a 3 month closing extension but ultimately the property closed with no price adjustment.
Brizo Construction, LLC is owned and operated by Mrs. Natasha Lee and is a Texas certified HUB and Woman Owned Business established in 2017. Mrs. Lee had administered construction projects for 10 years with Cody Drilling, owned and operated by her husband Cody Lee.
