The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just closed on a roughly 40 acres tract near the intersection of Hwy 62 and Interstate10 in Orange county. This tract of land was the balance of a larger tract that over the years portions were sold to the Blue Beacon Truck Wash and a truck stop which is currently under construction adjoining the backside of the Blue Beacon property. The remainder of the property was purchased by a local investment group with future plans for development.
