Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just wrapped up a lease at 5245 College Street in Beaumont. Ryan represented the landlord in the transaction and facilitated a two-year lease on College Street with LaborMAX Staffing. The staffing company was looking to come to the area after Hurricane Laura with workers who specialize in cleanup and hospitality. The Beaumont location offers them a good central location in Southeast Texas.
