The RE/MAX ONE commercial division just completed a three-year lease to Konecranes at 2430 West Cardinal Drive Suite B in Beaumont. The landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE. Ryan worked closely with Brennan Tilow with Hanna Commercial Real Estate out of Ohio to complete this lease.
