The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed a 3 + year lease with JF Petroleum on West Cardinal Drive. The tenant was currently leasing from Bar C Ranch company but needed an additional space. The landlord was more than happy to move them to a larger space to accommodate their needs in Southeast Texas. The landlord was represented by Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE. JF Petroleum's previous 3,000sf space will be on the market soon and available.
