The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just closed on 10463 Highway 124. This facility included 46,100 SF of improvements situated on 15 acres just outside the city limits of Beaumont. The property was not subject to zoning ordinance. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the seller Berry Global Inc. in the transaction. The facility was originally built by Berry and was well maintained. The buyers are local investors who intend to lease the building and then also develop the surrounding 15 Acres. The buyer also has plans to acquire a few surrounding tracts as well.
