The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division recently closed on 1051 &1065 Hwy 327 in Silsbee Texas. This was an income producing property with two excellent tenants in Edward Jones and a Farmer's Insurance agent. Both tenants have been in the building for roughly 5 years each. The buyer was a local investor who was happy to pick up the income stream. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the seller and the buyer was represented by Lacsmey Keo with JLA Realty.
