The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a lease with Hunton Distribution at 7370 College Street in Beaumont Texas. This will be Hunton's first location in the Golden Triangle. They currently have three facilities in Houston. Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division represented Hunton for several months searching and showing several properties that were close to the Tenants needs, but not quite. This was due to low industrial inventory on the market. When 7370 College Street became available for lease Ryan already had a good working knowledge of the facility since he represented the owner in the purchase in October of 2019.
