HMT Signs Lease on Parker Drive

The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division has helped HMT LLC locate a new location on Parker Drive in Jefferson County near the Southeast Texas Regional Airport. HMT recently sold their current location and had to be out prior to the end of 2020. They were in a hurry to find a suitable new location and Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division helped them locate a building that was for lease by the owner. Ryan negotiated with the parties and they were able to agree to favorable terms on a 5 year lease.
