The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed the sale of a former Dollar General building on Gulfway Drive in Port Arthur. The property was listed earlier in 2021 and spent just under five months on the market before going under contract. The property was purchased by Zanamar Properties LLC. The buyer was represented by Wafa Hammad, with Champions Realty. Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division represented the seller.
