The Remax One Commercial Division just wrapped up
the sale of 735 Liberty in downtown Beaumont. This Historic building was built around 1900 and has been a laundry facility for much of that time. Previously occupied Shepherds Uniform & Linen Supply Company which was the first steam laundry cleaner in Beaumont. The company later sold in the 70's and the new owners kept the name for a number of years. The new owners later changed the name to their company name Ace Image Wear. Ace Image Wear is still leasing a portion of 735 Liberty and still services the Beaumont area, but they have relocated much of their operation.
