The Remax One commercial division just closed the sale of 2205 Laurel in Beaumont which was the former Loncar Associates law office. This 8,000 square foot office warehouse was not in the best of shape and spent a little over a year on the market. Several low offers were received in that time frame. However, the Seller was able to hold out for an acceptable offer. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division represented the Seller in this transaction. The Buyer was represented by Hazel Roberts with Beam Real Estate, LLC out of Farmers Branch, TX. Hazel was also related to the Buyer.
