Ryan Harrington of the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just wrapped up another deal with the variety store chain on FM 1442 in Orange County. Working closely with the Seller, Shawn Sparrow of the Houseman Companies, Mr. Harrington was able to work a deal that was a success for both parties. The new store will be on the east side of FM 1442 south of Interstate 10 and across the street from Crawdads.
