Ryan Harrington of the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just wrapped up another deal with the variety store chain on Hwy 124 in Hamshire Texas. Working closely with the Seller Mr. Harrington was able to work a deal that was a success for all parties. The new store will be on the north side of Hwy 124 near the Post Office. Construction started within a week of closing.
