The 10,215 SF office/warehouse located at 3880 Washington was recently lease by Distribution NOW. Ryan Harrington of the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division represented the Landlord in this lease. Sprint Safety, the previous tenant Ryan had put in the building had just moved out at the end of 2017. Sprint had occupied the building for roughly 8 years. Distribution NOW slipped right in preventing any break in rent checks for the Landlord.
