The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division recently helped their buyer client purchase +/-1.48 Acres on Crockett Street in Beaumont. The buyers had a very specific use in mind which acquired a certain zoning to operate. Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division helped the buyers sort through numerous properties in order to find the best location. The vacant tract that was purchased is zoned for Heavy Industrial (HI) by the City of Beaumont. This specific zoning was needed in order for the buyer to operate their future crematorium. The seller in the transaction was represented by Ben McGowan of Key 2 Close Realty.
