The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a 5-year lease with Liberty Tree Coffee in Sour Lake Texas.  Ryan Harrington represented the landlord (Yopon Corporation) in the lease.  The new tenant is currently open for business and already very popular with the local community. The new location is in a newly built strip center on Hwy 105 just east of Hwy 326 at the corner of Mitchell Street.
