Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just helped a group of sellers close on a pair of lots in the established commercial subdivision between Stillwater Drive and Wellspring Drive in Mid County. The buyer/investor already owned several properties in the subdivision so it was an easy decision for him to make. The Buyer was Brandon Frakes of Frakes Construction. Ryan Harrington represented the seller in this transaction. Ryan listed these properties as well as five others as part of an estate the sellers are liquidating. Of the remaining properties, 2 are under contract, 2 have already closed, and one property is still available.
