Sign International recently closed on a neighboring property on College Street in Beaumont Texas. The owner of Sign International was going back and forth on the property and determined he needed the assistance of the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division. He linked up with Ryan Harrington who helped prepare the contract and with some negotiations the contract was accepted. There were a few hurdles while under contract, but all parties were able to come together in the end for a successful closing. The property purchased is located at 7370 College Street and was formally All-Tex Pipe & Supply. The Seller was represented by Milt Prewitt of the J.M. Prewitt Company.
