The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed the sale of a +/- 10,000sf office warehouse between Fannett and Port Arthur on Highway 365. The purchaser (Dettling & Son LLC) had a dire need to store trucks and trailers for his business in Southeast Texas. His agreement with CenterPoint Energy was canceled at the start of the Covid-19 quarantine. The canceling of the contract forced the Buyer to transport his 20+ work trucks and trailers from Beaumont to Cleveland Texas every day which resulted in astronomical costs to do business. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE helped the buyer quickly identify a feasible property and negotiated the cash contract. The transaction took less than 3 weeks to complete.
