The RE/MAX ONE Commercial division just closed on the sale of an office warehouse in Beaumont. The building is on South 13th Street near Cedar Street. The property was purchased by the current tenant who is operating a cabinet shop. This transaction was one of several that Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX has completed for the sellers who are in the process of liquidating their portfolio of properties in the area.
