The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just finished a one year lease with Church of Ephesian at 2584 N. 11th Street. The deal was struck with a reduced rent up front to allow the church to make some repairs to the building. They have two one-year options to renew in the future. 2584 N. 11th Street has was previously utilized as a church and before that was Maggie's Homestyle Cafe. It was also the Koto of Japan for a while. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the Landlord in the lease negotiations.
