Chillco Lease Signed on Cardinal Drive

Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just wrapped up a 3-year lease for the landlord at 2430 West Cardinal Drive Suite H. Ryan has represented the landlord on many office/warehouse and office leases along Cardinal Drive. The tenant Chillco was represented by Tammiey Linscomb with Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold and Associates.
