The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just finished up a project for CB&I here in Southeast Texas. The energy sector juggernaut had a portfolio of seven building at Cardinal Drive and Gorman Road in Beaumont that were no longer needed. The Commercial division worked closely with the Real Estate team at CB&I and disposed of all assets. RE/MAX is happy to announce that all properties were purchased by local businesses and are back in service in the community. The last building closed at the end of November.
