The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division recently closed on 102 South 11th Street. This is the former Bert's Sheet Metal building at the corner of North 11th Street and Cedar Street. The buyer Xun Xu purchase the property for use with his business and is currently in the process of getting the building ready for operations. The property was under contract for some time due to the buyer's lender needing a Phase 1 environmental study which lead to a Phase 2 study on the property. Fortunately the buyer and seller were given the green light to proceed to closing.
