Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the seller in this transaction and from the time the property was listed to closed was just over 5 months. Ryan also represented the Seller when he originally purchased the building back in 2015 for his company United Sorbents. The Buyer in the transaction was represented by Ethan Janicki with John Zikos Real Estate Services out of Dallas Texas.
