Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed the first of many transactions to come for Beaumont Independent School District. The District owns several properties in and around Beaumont that are of no use to them, but they have been maintaining for years. There is a complicated bid process Buyers must navigate. However, the first sale just closed on Clubb Road for 3 acres. Ryan Harrington represented the School District and the buyer was represented by Kati Hall. Both agents are with RE/MAX ONE.
The Beaumont Independent School District was established in 1983 through the merger of the former Beaumont School District (founded in 1883) with South Park Public Schools (founded in 1891). The citywide district encompasses 153.34 square miles in Jefferson County in Southeast Texas.
