Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed a five-year lease with Arrow Child & Family Ministries. Arrow will be leasing a 1700 SF building at 4810 Ward Drive. This is just off Cardinal Drive near the intersection of Interstate 10 in Beaumont. Ryan represented Landlord in this transaction the Tenant was represented Adam Brecheen with Swearingen Realty Group out of Dallas.
