A second-generation Southeast Texas real estate broker with over 20 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate, Charlie stands as a strong foundation for the team. His longstanding business relationships and high standards add to our strength. He is a multiple Commercial transaction award winner including the William C. Jennings Award for transaction of the year for the entire State of Texas. He has also served on many local boards highlighted by his current Chair of Advancing Business with the Greater Beaumont Chamber of Commerce. Charlie has sold or leased over 6 million square feet of real estate and over 5,000 acres of land.
Alma Bisa, Transaction specialist
Alma is in charge of all the administrative tasks for the team. She is responsible for all data entry and overseeing all processes in the business. She is a task master that allows us to focus solely on our objective of helping our clients make the most informed decisions regarding their real estate.
Julie Eggert, Property Manager
Julie was born in Southeast Texas and comes to us via Dallas. She has over 20 years of experience in the property management field. She brings hands on attention to detail and state of the art sophistication for all types of real estate. Her focus is on enhancing long term value. Her goal is to maximize the owner’s return on investment by maximizing cash flow and thus achieving appreciation in the property’s value over the holding period.
Ryan Harrington
Joined Foxworth Associates as a Commercial Agent in 2006. Ryan is active in local and civic affairs with an emphasis of the Young Men’s Business League. Ryan is a Southeast Texas Native and uses his experience and knowledge of the area to provide aggressive representation for his clients. Ryan’s efforts have been recognized by his peers with the 2013 and 2015 Commercial Transaction of the year award presented by the Beaumont Board of REALTORS®. In 2015 Ryan closed 52 transactions in excess of 7.5 million dollars.
