Ryan Harrington and Kerry Moncla of the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just completed the sale of an 8.25 acre tract of land off of Interstate 10 near Claiborne Park West in Orange County. Ryan Harrington represented the buyer and Kerry Moncla represented the seller. Their combined expertise allowed for a seamless transaction and on time closing. The purchaser of the property intends to use a large portion of it to expand his Louisiana business into Southeast Texas. The site will be the new home of Mobile Boxes in Texas.
