The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division secured a 5 year lease with Amco Auto Insurance on Stagg Drive in Beaumont. The lease was consummated in only 5 days from start to finish. Ryan Harrington represented the Landlord in the transaction. The Tenant had to move due to a termination clause he agreed to in his previous lease. These clauses are not in many leases and it is rare that one is utilized. Ryan is pleased he was able to secure the lease for the Landlord and that he was able to help this Tenant out of a tight spot.
