The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just signed a 5-year lease on North 11th Street. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX represented the Landlord in this new lease. The building was in need of extensive repairs that the Landlord was willing to make for the long term lease. The Tenant also agreed to make some improvements to the building and the first 3 months rent was abated. The tenant is Bold Signature Construction who have come back to Southeast Texas from the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
