Recently the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division represented Pollans & Cohen in the purchase 3450 Eastex Freeway. The accounting firm is currently leasing in the 470 Orleans building in downtown Beaumont. They made the decision to relocate closer to the west end of town and after a short search working with Ryan Harrington at RE/MAX they were able to identify their future new home. The new location is on the feeder road just south of the Home Depot and north of French Road. The building consists of 4 condoes total and Pollans & Cohen will occupy two of the units to begin with.
