The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division closed on 2225 Calder which is located between 6th and 7th Street. The Seller was represented by Ryan Harrington with the RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division and the Buyer was represented by Garrison Fuller with who is also with RE/MAX ONE. This is a property that the Commercial Division sold previously to the current Seller and they were pleased to be able to help him complete another successful transaction. The Seller used the building as an investment collecting rental income, but the Buyer has plans to move her business (SYNERGY HomeCare) into the property. The building was previously home to a small church and before that Legacy Community Health.
