The RE/MAX ONE Commercial Division just wrapped up a 5-year lease at 3129 College Street Suite 150 in Beaumont. The new tenant will be Gentiva and they will be moving in as soon as they finish their extensive remodeling of their roughly 6,000sf office. The new space is in close proximity to Baptist Hospital and within 5 to 10 minutes from Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital. 3129 College Street is located directly behind Beaumont Pediatrics. Ryan Harrington with RE/MAX ONE represented the interest of the landlord in the transaction and the Tenant was represented by their broker Swearingen Realty Group out of Dallas.
